Beyond Appearances – Event Policy
Participation
Beyond Appearances is a curated event designed to create meaningful conversations and valuable collaborations. Participation is limited, and attendance is confirmed only after ticket purchase and organizer approval where applicable.
Tickets
Tickets are personal and may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval from the organizer.
Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the limited number of places and event planning requirements, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future edition.
Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify the venue, schedule, speakers, performers, or program if necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Photography & Recording
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and documentary purposes. By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded. If you prefer not to appear in published materials, please notify the organizer before the event begins.
Code of Conduct
Beyond Appearances is built on respect, openness, and meaningful dialogue.
Participants are expected to:
- Treat others respectfully.
- Engage professionally.
- Respect confidentiality where appropriate.
- Avoid disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the experience of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Liability
Participants attend at their own responsibility. The organizer is not liable for personal belongings, injuries, or losses occurring during the event, except where required by applicable law.

Curated Experience
Beyond Appearances is designed around a carefully balanced audience representing different industries, experiences, and perspectives. The organizer reserves the right to decline or revoke participation before the event if necessary to preserve the intended format and quality of the experience. In such cases, any payment made by the affected participant will be fully refunded.
